Work up a sweat connect to your breath. Breathe BIG! Make sure to book a slot so I can send you the zoom link. You can join in the meeting 5 mins before the class starts if you fancy a chat with me and others or if you have any questions. :-)
Find some space at home, turn off all notifcations, lap tops. Find a place where you won't be disturbed and where you have a good tempurature to move in. Grab your mat if you don't have a mat find somehwere with a rug or soft carpeting.
Instead of yoga blocks you can use some books or kitchen sucepans of the same heigh. For a strap grab a pair of jeans or a tea towel.
This is a dynamic practise and we will be working up a sweat. There will be options for all!
